- Alban
- The southern half of Geldall, Alban is a small country
on the eastern coast. Alban has about 100,000 people spread over a
country with the area of Georgia. The last leader of Alban before reunification into
Geldall was Duke Rudrik. Alban is lead by the Duke with House of
Representatives. The Duke has absolute rule but takes advice from the House. Alban has a
thriving free market economy, with 3 social classes: wealthy, middle-class, poor.

- Azul
- The northern half of Geldall,
Azul is a small country on the eastern coast. Azul has about 150,000 people spread over
a country with the area of South Carolina. The last leader of Azul before it was
unified into Geldall was Duke Koral. Under Koral, Azul was ruled
as a communist state with Koral as absolute ruler. The country was characterized by
state owned business, high corruption, and low standard of living.

- Caliban
- Aggressive country between Geldall and Jasper.
Caliban is a religious empire with Emperor J'tal as leader and
K'tala as his Vizier. The laws are based on the religion and involve
many strange taboos and prohibitions. Foreigners are often reprimanded for breaking one law
or another. These laws include what can be done on certain days, what clothing can be worn by
which sex, which jobs and what roles each sex can perform, and what food can be eaten.
Punishment for breaking these laws can vary from a fine (offering to Al-Rashid) to death.
Visitors are often given warnings for their first offense but not always. Caliban has a
moderate standard of living.

where the party stayed one night. The prosperity of

after the Dragon Slayer and
her party successfully repelled the invasion from

- J'tal is a power hungry, totalitarian leader for Caliban.
J'tal wants nothing more than to be the ruler of Azul and Alban.
J'tal is also the religious leader of the worshipers of Al-Rashid,
the state religion. He uses the religion of Al-Rashid to further his political
goals while endearing himself to his subjects.
- Jurdan, Ryan, Lieutenant (CEF)
- Assistant to Belissa Aker, Jurdan was also involved with the plot
to start the way between Azul and Alban.

K
- Emperor Kelesh
- Last ruler of Geldall before it was split into Alban
and Azul who captured the dragon Lin-Quan and
imprisoned him on Anja.
Also the last known wielder of the Maul of Dwalin
before Luna discovered it on Anja. After imprisoning the dragon, he
returned without the hammer a broken man. Shortly afterward, he died leaving no heir.
A battle between two rival Dukes split the kingdom into Alban and Azul, named after these two Dukes.

- Koral, Duke of Azul
- Duke of Azul and brief King of Geldall, Koral
Duke Koral once traveled to Alban on a diplomatic trip.
Koral is short, ill tempered, rude, and has a high opinion of himself. On a diplomatic trip
to Alban, the local newspapers printed comic editorial cartoons of him.
He took this a a personal insult left the country without completing the treaty he was there to
negotiate. His fear of public criticism of the government was the very reason that Koral
keeps such a tight reign on the press in Azul. He feels that the press can undermine the
absolute power of the ruler. Koral is also jealous of anyone who might have more wealth then him.
That is why he instituted communism. He took possession of all property, kept the best,
and divided evenly what was left. Most got more than they had so he was very popular.
Those who opposed him were killed. After the war, Koral schemed to unite Alban and Azul into
a greater Geldall planning to kill
- K'tala
- Vizier of Caliban who is behind the plot to create an army of
golems and take over the world. K'tala is a powerful cleric/magic-user who has assisted
Emperor J'tal in his drive for power. K'tala has other motives which
include access to powerful artifacts which will assist him is his plot. He cares nothing
for the cost of his actions to those around him and will aid J'tal as long as it furthers
his own plans. He plans included releases a dragon which would require the reuniting of the
Maul of Dwalin and Anvil of Al-Rashid
to defeat it. He is a follower of Al-Rashid.

- Dwarf found in Gap of Azul who speaks in tongues.

and the Anvil of Al-Rashid. Also known as Cassandra.
- Lunbar, King of Geldall
- Ancient King of Geldall, Lunbar had used
theMaul of Dwalin and the Anvil of Al-Rashid
to forge a weapon to subdue the dragon Lin-Quan. He returned from his
mission a broken man and his death lead to the split of Geldall into
Alban and Azul.

- The Wastes holds the ruins of five ancient civilizations (Humans, Dwarves, Elves/Half-elves, Goblins, and Orcs) that were involved in a great war many years before. The war left the land barren and desolate and it is only now beginning to be able to support a meager existence for human settlers. In the mean time, the area was occupied by uncounted wild creatures and abominations.

- Nuluhama, located south of Caliban, is large, lightly populated
country. The country is heavily forested and contains a large tropical rain forest.
